1. Who We Are and These Terms

BeneCraft is a benefits planning and workflow platform operated by TSE Financial Services, Inc. (“BeneCraft,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service describe the rules for access to our website and application. By using BeneCraft, you agree to these terms. If you use BeneCraft on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

A separately signed agreement or order form governs any conflicting commercial terms for your organization. These terms do not create an insurance policy, benefits plan, or agreement with any listed vendor.

2. Accounts and Authorized Access

BeneCraft is intended for adult business users, including brokerages, benefits consultants, employers, and authorized administrators. Provide accurate account information, use your own credentials, and protect your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Access depends on your organization, role, and employer assignments. Organization administrators may grant or revoke access. Do not attempt to access another organization’s records or use administrative or preview features without authorization.

3. Customer Content and Permitted Data

You retain your rights in documents, plan records, branding, and other information you submit. You grant us permission to host, process, display, and transmit that content as needed to provide BeneCraft, support your requests, and operate features you use. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions to provide it and for the accuracy of the information you save or share.

The current service is designed for business information and aggregate benefits data. Do not upload protected health information, identifiable participant claims, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive individual health or identity data. Do not assume that using BeneCraft establishes a HIPAA business associate agreement or makes a particular workflow suitable for regulated health information.

4. AI Assistance, Calculations, and Human Review

Document extraction, AI responses, recommendations, comparisons, and financial models are decision-support tools. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation. Review the original documents, entered assumptions, calculations, and proposed outputs before saving, sharing, or relying on them.

BeneCraft does not provide medical, legal, tax, or actuarial advice. Forecasts and savings estimates are not guarantees or actuarial certifications. AI does not independently bind coverage, choose a vendor, approve benefits, or make an eligibility determination. You remain responsible for decisions and for obtaining qualified advice where appropriate.

5. Quotes, Vendors, and Marketplace Content

Carrier and vendor terms must be confirmed with the relevant provider. A comparison, recorded quote, scenario, or proposal in BeneCraft does not itself bind coverage or create a vendor contract. Prices and availability may change, and quotes may expire or depend on underwriting.

Directory listings and third-party materials are informational and are not an endorsement or assurance of suitability. Commercial arrangements may include paid promotional placement. Any paid placement should be identified as sponsored and should not be treated as evidence of objective fit or quality. Your team must evaluate the provider and its agreements independently.

6. Acceptable Use

Do not use BeneCraft unlawfully, infringe others’ rights, upload malicious code, disrupt the service, bypass security or usage controls, misrepresent your identity, collect data without authorization, or use outputs to deceive others. Do not submit confidential third-party information unless you have permission and it is appropriate for the enabled workflow.

7. Our Software and Your Reports

TSE Financial Services, Inc. and its licensors retain rights in BeneCraft’s software, design, and service materials. Subject to these terms and any applicable agreement, you may use BeneCraft for authorized business purposes and use reports generated from your authorized content. This does not transfer ownership of the platform or third-party content, trademarks, or source materials.

8. Subscriptions and Third-Party Services

Fees, subscription periods, renewals, and cancellation or refund terms, if applicable, are stated in your order form or separate agreement. Submitting a demo, resource, or partnership inquiry does not by itself purchase a subscription.

Authentication, hosting, email, and optional AI services may involve third-party providers and their applicable terms. Links to external websites do not make us responsible for those websites. Availability of integrations depends on their configuration and the third-party service.

9. Availability, Suspension, and Termination

We may update features, perform maintenance, and restrict or suspend access to address misuse, security issues, legal obligations, or breaches of an applicable agreement. You may stop using BeneCraft and ask your administrator or Support about account closure and available data exports. Ending access does not automatically erase historical records, audit trails, or data that an organization must retain. Applicable agreements and law govern retention and outstanding obligations.

10. Disclaimers and Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to any separately signed agreement, BeneCraft is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free output, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that a vendor, plan, or modeled result will meet your objectives.

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is responsible under these terms for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or overrides protections required by applicable law. Any additional allocation of liability is governed by your separately signed agreement.

11. Changes and Questions

We may revise these terms as the service evolves. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated through the service or an appropriate account contact where required. Changes do not retroactively amend a separately signed agreement without the required process.

For questions about these terms or your personal information, contact TSE Financial Services, Inc. using the Support button in BeneCraft (sign-in required). Choose “Other” and include “Privacy Request” or “Terms Question” in the subject. If you do not have an account, use the website contact form and identify your request in the message, or contact the brokerage or employer that provided your access. Do not include health information, passwords, or identity documents in your initial message.

Read our Privacy Policy to understand how information is handled.
