QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

A little more clarity.

Who is BeneCraft designed for?+

BeneCraft supports benefits brokerages, consultants and employer HR teams. Each role has a workspace and permissions suited to its work.

Does BeneCraft replace a carrier, TPA or PBM?+

No. BeneCraft coordinates the organizations, information and decisions that make up an employer benefits program.

How does BeneCraft use AI and decision support?+

BeneCraft combines OCR-assisted document reading, structured field extraction, rule-based recommendations and scenario calculations. You review extracted values and supporting information before saving or making a decision. BeneCraft does not autonomously choose vendors, bind coverage or certify projected savings.

Can proposals be customized?+

Yes. Brokers can customize proposal covers, branding, narrative sections and scenario comparisons, then export a PDF.

Are modeled savings guaranteed?+

No. Financial comparisons use entered data and assumptions. Results are planning estimates, not guaranteed outcomes or actuarially certified projections.
